Each project that we take on is considered unique. We work with each client to understand their needs and goals before completing a "scope of work" and cost proposal. We develop our pricing based upon the projected time needed to complete the project and the technology and steps that will be involved.

We have a keen understanding of small business, and we certainly understand small business budgets. We work hard to offer the best pricing possible to get the job done and delight our clients with the results.

As with pricing, the needs and complexity of a project dictate the time needed to complete a web site. Before we call a project completed, we also perform detailed testing to ensure that the finished product is truly finished.

Once a project is contracted and all the related media and information is received, we schedule the project into our workload calendar. We will always remain as flexible as possible to meet your needs. We've completed rush projects within 2 weeks, while other projects have been completed in 10 weeks. Absolutely. We work closely with our clients to understand the vision of what they would like to see created. Whether you need a simple update, or complete image change, we can do it. Once we've gathered all the needed details, we normally present 3 to 5 potential rough images in various design directions. Once an image is selected, we will build upon it until our client is happy with the finished product.

We always provide the completed images and layouts in a number of electronic formats. If you would like us to provide completed, printed materials such as letterhead and business cards, we can do that too!
